Gwinnett County To Borrow $50 Million
Share this post by emailMike Comer, deputy county commissioner says that the current budget shortfall will probably force the county to borrow $50 million dollars, or more, in order to continue operations throughout the summer.
The current budget shortfall is reported to be in the neighborhood of $12 million with a 2010 projected shortfall of $60 million.

Let’s see,… $60 million budget shortfall. Hmmmm, that number sounds familiar,… Oh yeah, the stadium,… that was $60 million dollars. Anybody got a calculator?
