The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners are set to discuss two lawsuits pending over county mandated trash service. Tuesday’s (November 17, 2009) special meeting is to be held with the garbage vendors who are suing the county along with mediators who will attempt to resolve the two pending 40 million dollar plus lawsuits.
