RZC-09-011 - Approved with conditions: Applicant requests a rezoning from a single-family residence district (R-100) to a general-business district (C-2) to allow for a 14,088-square-foot building contractor’s office to be located on 0.85 acres. The property is located at the 2000 block of Puckett’s Drive and the 5000 block of Parker-Pucketts Way. The planning department and planning commission recommended approval with conditions.
