The property is at the 2900 block of Parkwood Road. The applicant and property owner are Billy and Brenda Ewing, Lawrenceville. RZC-08-048

Denied: A requested rezoning from low-density residential to office-institutional for .85 acres south of Snellville to be developed as cultural and community center. The property is at the 2300 block of Bethany Church Road. The applicant and the owner is Philippine American Center in Georgia, Lawrenceville. RZC-08-066
